Learning About Coventry And Assurant Insurance
Posted on April 26th, 2010

Have you heard of Coventry Insurance? How about Assurant Insurance? In case you are planning to purchase a health insurance, these are two companies you might want to consider. Both of these are discounted health insurance companies that provide health insurance mostly to individuals who do not get insurance through their employers.
When it comes to premiums, Coventry insurance is more costly than that from Assurant. That is because Coventry coverage is accepted at far more places than Assurant Insurance. Since these companies are somewhat new in the industry, you should make sure that your doctor or health care provider will cover you if you have this type of coverage.
One thing you should also take into account is if the company covers individuals with pre-existing conditions. In the Assurant Insurance, they would immediately turn down individuals who have pre-existing conditions while in Coventry, they will give you the option of getting healthcare but not being able to get the health care coverage for the pre-existing condition. Therefore, you will be required to fill out a form to see if you have any health concerns and they will do a background check on your medical conditions.
